Group activities like running or walking in my case, are definitely way more enjoyable than going solo. Makes the time go by much faster! Frizz I think you should make a variety of sushi rolls! (And maybe some veggies rolls for people like me who are scared of actual sushi haha)
I wasn’t a distance runner until after college. It started as a way to stay in shape, but, like you, I learned there was so much more I could gain from it. Now I run when I can’t shake a bad mood, when I have more energy than normal, and still to stay in shape. A run always brings me back to a focused head space. While I don’t have many runner friends, I’ll definitely try to talk some into joining me soon. I’d love to get the creative juices flowing!
